Brands Marketing Assistant
Full-Time, In-Office (Stephenville, Texas)
Position Overview
The Brands Marketing Assistant supports marketing initiatives for Oh My Stars and HornKnot/BKWY. This role focuses on content creation, day-to-day marketing execution, and photoshoot/reel preparation. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and organized, with the ability to turn brand direction into engaging visual content.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation

Create on-brand content for social media, email, and campaigns

Assist with filming and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, behind-the-scenes)

Capture lifestyle, product, and detail content as needed

Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetic across both brands
Marketing Plan Execution

Execute approved marketing calendars and campaign plans

Assist with social scheduling, launches, and promotions
-
Support email and digital marketing efforts as directed

Track content deadlines and ensure timely delivery
Photoshoot & Reel Preparation

Assist with photoshoot planning (shot lists, styling prep, product organization)

Prep outfits and accessories for content days and markets

Help coordinate models, locations, and timelines

Ensure content aligns with campaign goals
Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or fashion content creation (preferred)

Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and short-form video trends

Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)

Highly organized with attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Passion for boutique fashion, the western industry, and brand storytelling
