Office Manger Stephenville, Texas
Layerz Clothing is looking to add an office manager to our team. This individual will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of our brand in Stephenville, Tx. This position includes but is not limited to:
-Managing in house team members schedules
-Filing and organizing business paperwork & receipts
-Data entry
-Invoicing clients
-Inventory management
-Answering incoming phone calls and emails
-Manage all customer service
-Monitoring office supplies and ordering new supplies & shipping materials as needed
-Manage our wholesale brand zip code protection policy
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
-2+ year’s experience in selling women’s clothing in retail/wholesale or 2+ year’s experience in office management
-Have a passion for the women's fashion industry
-Extremely detail oriented
-Have a track record of being a proven leader
-A highly driven self-starter
-Able to think for themselves and create a workflow that works for both them and Layerz Clothing
-Be highly effective at communicating with customers & other team members
-Growth minded
-Organization a top priority
-Proficient in all Microsoft programs
-Bonus if knowledgeable with Quickbooks Online
