Operations Assistant 

Full-Time Only

Located in Stephenville, Texas

Who we are:
At Layerz Clothing, our mission is simple: dress the world in happiness! We’re a small-town Texas brand with a big heart, and every single package we send out carries a little piece of joy with it. We’re looking for someone who’s just as excited about keeping things organized as they are about making customers smile. If you love variety, enjoy rolling up your sleeves, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, this might be the role for you!

What You’ll Do:
This is a hybrid role—part warehouse hero, part office guru. Some days you’ll be lifting, moving, and shipping product, other days you’ll be on the computer entering data and answering customer service calls. Here’s a peek:

✨ Warehouse & Shipping/Receiving

• Be the master of packages—receiving, organizing, picking, and packing.

• Keep the warehouse happy, tidy, and running smoothly.

• Lift and move boxes (up to 50 lbs) like the strong, capable champ you are.

✨ Office & Admin Magic

• Keep records and data organized (because details matter!).

• Process order payments & send customers invoices. 

• Provide friendly, thoughtful customer service—treating customers like old friends.

• Tackle a mix of office tasks that keep the whole team moving forward.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone who doesn’t mind being on their feet and getting a workout in while lifting boxes. 

• Detail-oriented but also flexible when things get busy.

• Comfortable with basic computer skills (spreadsheets, email, data entry).

• Friendly, upbeat, and always ready to pitch in wherever needed.

• A dependable team player with a can-do attitude.

• Someone who is cheerful & doesn’t mind picking up the phone to chat with customers.

Marketing Assistant

What You’ll Do: We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who shares our love for color, creativity, and connection. If you’re passionate about fashion, love working with people, and thrive in a fun, fast-paced environment, this could be your dream role.

• Bring our mission to life by supporting fun, fresh marketing campaigns across social, email, and digital platforms.

• Help plan, coordinate & shoot content for marketing campaigns.

• Keep our social media calendar buzzing with joyful, engaging posts.

• Managing product launches and Shopify product details

• Track campaign performance and help us celebrate wins (and learn from what’s not as bright).

• Keep our creative assets organized and ready for use.

• Jump in with new ideas to keep our marketing as fresh and fun as our clothes.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude with a love for creativity.

• 1–2 years of marketing, social media, or fashion experience (internships count too!).

• Strong communication skills — you know how to keep things clear, kind, and uplifting.

• Familiarity with social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.

• Bonus points if you’re handy with Canva, Adobe Suite, or have a good eye for photography/video.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited to juggle multiple fun projects.

• Most of all, a passion for fashion and spreading happiness through style.
