Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date. All purchases of sale items are final sale.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be a non-sale item, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached. Please note: Layerz Clothing is not responsible for items damaged due to the lack of following the care tag instructions. If an item becomes damaged due to improper care, Layerz Clothing will not offer a return or exchange.
Restocking Fee: we reserve the right to issue a restocking fee on any item received back that is in unsellable condition. (Examples: odor, pet hair, tags not attached, etc.)
To complete a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org. A customer service representative will respond to your return request with 24 business hours. We do not respond to emails on the weekends due to our office being closed.
Please do not send your purchase back with no information included in your package or without contacting us first. If a return is received with no information the package will be refused and returned to sender.
Refunds are given on non-sale items that are returned within the 30 day return time frame, in original/new condition with all tags attached. Once the return is processed please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear back on the original payment method. Please note shipping fees are non-refundable
Store credit is also an option when returning an item. A store credit code will be emailed to you once the return is processed.
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
Once an order has been picked, packed and shipped the order can no longer be cancelled. If the order is requested to be cancelled before then we will allow the order to be canceled with a 15% restocking fee.
Once an order has been placed a discount can not be applied. The discount can only be applied in the cart at checkout. If you are having trouble with a discount applying email firstname.lastname@example.org. Discounts can not be combined. If an item is on sale a discount can not be combined on top of sale.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
